RAGYOGA MEDITATION- out of body experience

From the title we get the idea what this meditation is all about-

YES !!!!!! We go in space with the power of our MIND and INTELLECT ,a soul can go visit it's home PARAMDHAAM (world of silence)..

IN brahmakumaris this confusion has been cleared that body is just a costume over the real me, the Soul and i'm a peaceful soul.i'm peace.WE get this body just to express ourself.

Differences between body and soul;
* Soul is eternal..Body perishes.burns into ashes..
we just take another body birth after birth .
* Soul is energy.(neither created nor destroyed)

Rajyoga helps in
* shifting your focus from your surroundings to yourself only;stops unnecessary thoughts immediately.We don't have to make an effort to prevent our self from thinking what we don't like at that moment.
* Master control over your senses; Soul is the boss. It can decide what to think,see ,hear and speak


REMEMBER:

*stop thinking about your past.It has passed. NOw leave it there only and move ahead .
*try to see yourself in a peaceful state.this is who you are. YOU ARE PEACE.
And when your thoughts start dissolving,a space is created between your conscious and subconscious mind where this energy from HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS enters.

Now conscious mind(logical) and subconscious mind( emotional) don't compete but they complement each others action. It happens with us in conflict ..we want to think logically but our emotions take over our logic..this is nothing but a competition between our logic and emotional mind because soul is not controlling them.
"Mind ,intellect and senses are all under my( SOUL) control .These our my powers. They shouldn't control me but i should control them".CHURN on these lines.Even this will help you.
GOD's power is always with us.Just get rid of unnecessary thoughts.that's it..!!

subconcious mind...universe inside this body


Our mind is like UNIVERSE inside this body..AND the universe outside connects with this mind(universe inside) through our thoughts...isn't that interesting..........

Meditation is the only way to get connected conciously to improve the quality of our life.
Don't stop your thoughts forcefully.
You have to change your thought pattern during meditation so don't stop them..let them come
